Machine Low Row
How to do it
- Sit at the low row machine and adjust the chest pad if available.
- Grasp the handles with your chosen grip.
- Pull the handles toward your lower chest or abdomen.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak contraction.
- Slowly return to the starting position with a full stretch.
- Keep your chest up and avoid rounding your back.
