Machine Low Row

How to do it

  1. Sit at the low row machine and adjust the chest pad if available.
  2. Grasp the handles with your chosen grip.
  3. Pull the handles toward your lower chest or abdomen.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak contraction.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position with a full stretch.
  6. Keep your chest up and avoid rounding your back.
