Close Grip Seated Cable Row

How to do it

  1. Sit at a cable row station with feet on the platform and knees slightly bent.
  2. Grip a close-grip handle with both hands, palms facing each other.
  3. Sit upright with your back straight and chest out.
  4. Pull the handle toward your lower chest, keeping your elbows close to your body.
  5. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak contraction.
  6. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position with control.
