1 Arm Half Kneeling Lat Pulldown

How to do it

  1. Kneel on one knee facing a cable machine with the pulley set high.
  2. Grasp the handle with one hand using an overhand or neutral grip.
  3. Keep your torso upright and core braced.
  4. Pull the handle down toward your hip, driving your elbow back and down.
  5. Squeeze your lat at the bottom of the movement.
  6. Return to the start with control, feeling a full stretch at the top.
