Snatch Grip Barbell Shrug

How to do it

  1. Stand holding a barbell with a wide snatch grip.
  2. Keep your arms straight and chest up.
  3. Shrug your shoulders up toward your ears.
  4. The wide grip changes the angle of the shrug movement.
  5. Squeeze at the top and slowly lower.
  6. Use straps if grip is a limiting factor.
