Snatch Grip Barbell Shrug
How to do it
- Stand holding a barbell with a wide snatch grip.
- Keep your arms straight and chest up.
- Shrug your shoulders up toward your ears.
- The wide grip changes the angle of the shrug movement.
- Squeeze at the top and slowly lower.
- Use straps if grip is a limiting factor.
