Barbell Landmine Press
How to do it
- Seat one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or a sturdy corner and load the free end with plates.
- Stand or half kneel and grip the top sleeve of the bar with both hands at chest height.
- Brace the core and press the bar forward and up along its natural arcing path.
- Extend through the shoulders and chest until the arms are fully straight in front of the body.
- Keep the torso upright and avoid leaning back excessively as the bar rises.
- Lower the bar back to chest height under control before starting the next repetition.
