Barbell Landmine Press

How to do it

  1. Seat one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or a sturdy corner and load the free end with plates.
  2. Stand or half kneel and grip the top sleeve of the bar with both hands at chest height.
  3. Brace the core and press the bar forward and up along its natural arcing path.
  4. Extend through the shoulders and chest until the arms are fully straight in front of the body.
  5. Keep the torso upright and avoid leaning back excessively as the bar rises.
  6. Lower the bar back to chest height under control before starting the next repetition.
