Barbell Front Raise

How to do it

  1. Stand or sit with proper posture.
  2. Hold the weight with the appropriate grip.
  3. Raise the weight in the prescribed direction.
  4. Lift to the target height without swinging.
  5. Lower the weight back with control.
  6. Keep the movement smooth and steady.
