Barbell Floor Skull Crusher
How to do it
- Lie on the floor holding a barbell with a narrow grip.
- Extend your arms above your chest.
- Lower the barbell by bending at the elbows toward the floor behind your head.
- Let the bar gently touch the floor to reset each rep.
- Extend your elbows to press the bar back up.
- Keep your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
