Barbell Floor Skull Crusher

How to do it

  1. Lie on the floor holding a barbell with a narrow grip.
  2. Extend your arms above your chest.
  3. Lower the barbell by bending at the elbows toward the floor behind your head.
  4. Let the bar gently touch the floor to reset each rep.
  5. Extend your elbows to press the bar back up.
  6. Keep your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
