TRX Chest Fly

How to do it

  1. Anchor the TRX handles overhead, grip one in each hand with palms facing each other, and walk your feet forward until your body leans away from the anchor at a moderate angle.
  2. Align your body in a straight line from head to heels, feet hip-width apart, and brace the core to hold that plank position.
  3. Start with arms extended wide at shoulder height and elbows slightly bent.
  4. Sweep the handles together in a wide arc in front of your chest, squeezing the chest and finishing the press with the triceps.
  5. Exhale as the hands meet, then inhale as you slowly open the arms back out to the wide starting position.
  6. Keep the hips and shoulders in one line throughout the fly, since sagging or piking shifts the load away from the chest.
