Triceps V-Bar Pressdown
How to do it
- Attach a V-bar to a high cable pulley.
- Grip the V-bar with both hands and stand upright.
- Keep your elbows pinned to your sides.
- Press the bar down by extending your elbows.
- Squeeze your triceps at full extension.
- Slowly return to the starting position without letting your elbows drift forward.
