Triceps V-Bar Pressdown

How to do it

  1. Attach a V-bar to a high cable pulley.
  2. Grip the V-bar with both hands and stand upright.
  3. Keep your elbows pinned to your sides.
  4. Press the bar down by extending your elbows.
  5. Squeeze your triceps at full extension.
  6. Slowly return to the starting position without letting your elbows drift forward.
