Triceps Pressdown
How to do it
- Attach a straight bar or rope to a high cable pulley.
- Stand upright and grasp the attachment with an overhand grip.
- Keep your elbows pinned to your sides throughout the movement.
- Press the weight down by extending your elbows until your arms are fully straight.
- Squeeze your triceps at the bottom of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position under control.
