Triceps Pressdown

How to do it

  1. Attach a straight bar or rope to a high cable pulley.
  2. Stand upright and grasp the attachment with an overhand grip.
  3. Keep your elbows pinned to your sides throughout the movement.
  4. Press the weight down by extending your elbows until your arms are fully straight.
  5. Squeeze your triceps at the bottom of the movement.
  6. Slowly return to the starting position under control.
