Triangle Push-up

How to do it

  1. Place the hands together on the floor under the chest with the thumbs and index fingers touching to form a triangle shape.
  2. Position the body in a straight line from head to heels with the core braced.
  3. Lower the chest toward the triangle formed by the hands, keeping the elbows tucked close to the torso.
  4. Press through the palms to extend the arms fully, driving the effort through the triceps and inner chest.
  5. Keep the wrists stacked under the forearms to avoid excess strain as the hands stay close together.
  6. Exhale on the press and avoid letting the elbows flare outward during the lowering phase.
