How to do it

  1. Start in the correct position with proper form.
  2. Perform the movement with controlled tempo.
  3. Focus on engaging the target muscles.
  4. Maintain proper alignment throughout.
  5. Return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
