Smith Machine Reverse Shrug
How to do it
- Stand inside a Smith machine with the bar behind you at arm's length.
- Grip the bar with an overhand grip behind your back.
- Shrug your shoulders up and back.
- Squeeze your mid and lower trapezius at the top.
- Slowly lower your shoulders back down.
- The reverse position emphasizes the mid and lower traps.
