How to do it
- Position yourself with a flat back and proper grip.
- Pull the weight toward your body, leading with your elbows.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top.
- Lower the weight back with control.
- Keep your core engaged throughout.
- Avoid rounding your back.
