Banded Chest-Supported T-Bar Row
How to do it
- Attach a resistance band to the T-Bar row for accommodating resistance.
- Lie face down on the chest support pad.
- Grasp the handles with an overhand grip.
- Drive your elbows back explosively against band tension.
- Fully protract your shoulder blades at the bottom.
- Retract and squeeze at the top of each rep.
