Plate Shrug
How to do it
- Stand holding a weight plate in each hand at your sides.
- Pinch the plates between your fingers and thumbs.
- Shrug your shoulders straight up toward your ears.
- Squeeze your traps at the top position.
- Slowly lower your shoulders back down.
- The plate grip also works your grip strength and forearms.
