Neck Flexion

How to do it

  1. Sit or lie face up with your head in a neutral position.
  2. Place your hands or a weight plate against your forehead.
  3. Slowly flex your neck forward, bringing your chin toward your chest.
  4. Control the movement and avoid jerky motions.
  5. Return to the starting neutral position.
  6. Use light weight and high reps for neck training.
