Neck Flexion
How to do it
- Sit or lie face up with your head in a neutral position.
- Place your hands or a weight plate against your forehead.
- Slowly flex your neck forward, bringing your chin toward your chest.
- Control the movement and avoid jerky motions.
- Return to the starting neutral position.
- Use light weight and high reps for neck training.
