Medicine Ball Chest Pass (Partner)
How to do it
- Face a partner a comfortable distance apart, both holding a medicine ball at chest height with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Brace the core and set a steady, controlled stance before beginning the exchange.
- Push the ball straight across to your partner's chest, extending fully through the arms and shoulders on each rep.
- Catch your partner's return pass with soft elbows, absorbing it into the chest before setting up the next push.
- Keep a consistent working-set tempo, exhaling on each push and inhaling as you receive the ball back.
- Keep the pass aimed at chest height on every rep; letting the throw drift low or high is the common fault between partners.
