Medicine Ball Chest Pass
How to do it
- Stand facing a wall or partner with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the medicine ball at chest height with both hands.
- Brace the core and set a slight bend in the knees before initiating the pass.
- Push the ball straight out from the chest, extending through the arms and shoulders in one continuous line toward the target.
- Catch the return pass by absorbing it back into the chest with soft elbows, resetting your stance before the next rep.
- Exhale sharply as you push the ball away and inhale as you receive the return pass.
- Keep the elbows flaring only slightly out to the sides; letting them drop too low is the common fault in this pass.
