Machine Shrug
How to do it
- Sit or stand at the shrug machine and grasp the handles with your arms straight.
- Keep your arms extended and your core braced throughout.
- Elevate your shoulders straight up toward your ears.
- Squeeze your traps hard at the top of the movement.
- Lower the weight under control until you feel a stretch in your traps.
- Avoid rolling your shoulders; move straight up and down.
