Low-To-High Reverse Flye
How to do it
- Set the cable pulleys to the lowest position.
- Grab the opposite cables so they cross in front of you.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, raise your arms up and out.
- Squeeze your rear deltoids and upper back at the top.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Keep your scapulae protracted at the bottom for a full stretch.
