Cable Seated Elbows-Out Row

How to do it

  1. Sit at a cable row station with a wide grip handle.
  2. Pull the handle toward your upper chest with elbows flared out.
  3. Focus on scapular retraction and upward rotation.
  4. Abduct the humerus to emphasize rear deltoids and upper back.
  5. Squeeze at the peak contraction.
  6. Slowly return to the starting position.
