Low-To-High Cable Flye

How to do it

  1. Set the cable pulleys to the lowest position.
  2. Stand between the cables and grab the handles with palms facing up.
  3. Start with your arms down and externally rotated.
  4. Pull your elbows up and in while slightly internally rotating your shoulders.
  5. Squeeze your upper chest at the top of the movement.
  6. Slowly lower back to the starting position.
