Strength exercise

Kettlebell Press (Double)

How to do it

  1. Clean two kettlebells to your shoulders and stand with feet shoulder width apart, elbows tucked close to your ribs.
  2. Brace your core and keep your ribs stacked over your hips before pressing.
  3. Press both kettlebells straight overhead at the same time until your arms lock out, working the shoulders and triceps brachii.
  4. Lower both kettlebells back to your shoulders together under control.
  5. Exhale as you press up and inhale as you lower the bells back down.
  6. Press both arms at an even pace rather than letting one kettlebell lead, which twists the torso off center.
