Strength exercise
Kettlebell Press (Double)
How to do it
- Clean two kettlebells to your shoulders and stand with feet shoulder width apart, elbows tucked close to your ribs.
- Brace your core and keep your ribs stacked over your hips before pressing.
- Press both kettlebells straight overhead at the same time until your arms lock out, working the shoulders and triceps brachii.
- Lower both kettlebells back to your shoulders together under control.
- Exhale as you press up and inhale as you lower the bells back down.
- Press both arms at an even pace rather than letting one kettlebell lead, which twists the torso off center.
