Strength exercise
Kettlebell Bent Over Row (Double)
How to do it
- Hold a kettlebell in each hand and hinge forward at the hips until your torso is near parallel to the floor.
- Let the kettlebells hang at arm's length with a neutral grip and set your feet hip width apart.
- Brace your core to hold your flat back position throughout the set.
- Row both kettlebells up toward your ribs together, driving your elbows past your torso and squeezing the latissimus dorsi and biceps.
- Exhale as you pull, pause briefly at the top, then lower the kettlebells under control back to a full hang.
- Keep your torso angle fixed for every rep; avoid standing up partway to swing the weights up.
