High Cable Fly

How to do it

  1. Start with arms extended or slightly bent.
  2. Lower the weights in a wide arc.
  3. Feel a stretch in the target muscles.
  4. Bring the weights back together with control.
  5. Maintain a slight bend in your elbows throughout.
  6. Focus on the mind-muscle connection.
