Hex Bar Shrug

How to do it

  1. Stand inside a loaded hex bar and grip the handles.
  2. Stand tall with your arms at your sides.
  3. Shrug your shoulders straight up toward your ears.
  4. Hold the top position briefly and squeeze your traps.
  5. Slowly lower your shoulders back down.
  6. Keep your arms straight throughout the movement.
