Hex Bar Shrug
How to do it
- Stand inside a loaded hex bar and grip the handles.
- Stand tall with your arms at your sides.
- Shrug your shoulders straight up toward your ears.
- Hold the top position briefly and squeeze your traps.
- Slowly lower your shoulders back down.
- Keep your arms straight throughout the movement.
