EZ Bar Skull Crusher

How to do it

  1. Lie on a flat bench holding an EZ bar with a narrow grip.
  2. Extend your arms above your chest.
  3. Lower the bar by bending at the elbows toward your forehead or behind your head.
  4. Keep your upper arms stationary.
  5. Extend your elbows to press the bar back up.
  6. Arc the bar slightly behind your head for a deeper stretch on the long head.
