EZ Bar Skull Crusher
How to do it
- Lie on a flat bench holding an EZ bar with a narrow grip.
- Extend your arms above your chest.
- Lower the bar by bending at the elbows toward your forehead or behind your head.
- Keep your upper arms stationary.
- Extend your elbows to press the bar back up.
- Arc the bar slightly behind your head for a deeper stretch on the long head.
