Dumbbell Isolateral Skull Crusher
How to do it
- Lie on a flat bench holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Extend your arms above your chest.
- Lower one dumbbell at a time by bending at the elbow.
- Bring the dumbbell toward the side of your head.
- Extend your elbow to return to the starting position.
- Alternate arms or work one side at a time.
