Dumbbell Isolateral Skull Crusher

How to do it

  1. Lie on a flat bench holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Extend your arms above your chest.
  3. Lower one dumbbell at a time by bending at the elbow.
  4. Bring the dumbbell toward the side of your head.
  5. Extend your elbow to return to the starting position.
  6. Alternate arms or work one side at a time.
