Cross-Body Cable Y-Raise
How to do it
- Stand sideways to the cable machine with the pulley set to the lowest position.
- Grab the handle with the far hand, reaching across your body.
- Raise your arm diagonally upward and outward in a Y-shape.
- Control the movement and squeeze at the top.
- Lower the weight back with control.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions, then switch sides.
