Burpee (Muscle-up)
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Squat down and place your hands on the floor.
- Jump your feet back into a plank position.
- Perform a push-up.
- Jump your feet back toward your hands.
- Explosively jump up with arms overhead.
