Indoor Rowing

How to do it

  1. Sit at the rowing machine and secure your feet.
  2. Grab the handle with an overhand grip.
  3. Push through your legs first, then lean back slightly and pull to your lower chest.
  4. Reverse the motion: extend arms, lean forward, then bend knees.
  5. Maintain a smooth and controlled rhythm.
  6. Keep your back straight throughout.
