Strength exercise
Band Face Pull
How to do it
- Anchor the resistance band at chest height and step back until the band has tension, holding one end in each hand.
- Extend your arms forward with palms facing each other and feet staggered for a stable base.
- Brace your core and keep your chest lifted before you begin pulling.
- Pull the band toward your face, splitting your hands apart and driving your elbows back to work the posterior deltoids.
- Exhale as you pull and inhale as you slowly return to the starting extension.
- Avoid shrugging your shoulders toward your ears; keep them pulled down and back through the pull.
