Strength exercise

Wrist Roller (Up)

How to do it

  1. Hold the wrist roller bar in front of the body with both hands, arms extended at shoulder height, weight hanging at the bottom of the rope.
  2. Grip the bar firmly through the forearm flexors before starting the wind.
  3. Roll the bar forward continuously, one hand over the other, winding the rope so the weight climbs steadily toward the bar.
  4. Keep the wrists moving without letting the weight stall partway up the rope.
  5. Once the weight reaches the bar, release the wind quickly and let the rope spin back down to reset.
  6. Focus effort on the lifting phase only, avoiding slowing the pace even as the forearms fatigue near the top.
