Wrist Roller

How to do it

  1. Hold the wrist roller bar in front of the body with both hands, arms extended at shoulder height.
  2. Grip the bar firmly, engaging the forearm flexors, and let the attached weight hang free on the rope below.
  3. Roll the bar forward with one hand at a time, winding the rope up to raise the weight toward the bar.
  4. Once the weight reaches the top, reverse the same alternating roll to unwind the rope and lower it back down.
  5. Keep repeating the up and down winding without pausing at the top or bottom.
  6. Hold the arms steady at shoulder height throughout, avoiding dropping the elbows to rest the forearms.
