Wrist Roller
How to do it
- Hold the wrist roller bar in front of the body with both hands, arms extended at shoulder height.
- Grip the bar firmly, engaging the forearm flexors, and let the attached weight hang free on the rope below.
- Roll the bar forward with one hand at a time, winding the rope up to raise the weight toward the bar.
- Once the weight reaches the top, reverse the same alternating roll to unwind the rope and lower it back down.
- Keep repeating the up and down winding without pausing at the top or bottom.
- Hold the arms steady at shoulder height throughout, avoiding dropping the elbows to rest the forearms.
