Wobble Board Balance

How to do it

  1. Stand on the wobble board with feet centered and hip width apart, knees soft.
  2. Brace the core and fix the gaze on a point ahead to steady the body.
  3. Tilt the board gradually toward one edge, controlling the movement with small ankle and hip adjustments.
  4. Guide the board back through center and toward the opposite edge without letting it slap down.
  5. Keep the weight distributed evenly across the whole foot as the board shifts underneath.
  6. Complete the set of controlled tilts before stepping off, resetting stance if balance is lost.
