Strength exercise
Wobble Board Balance
How to do it
- Stand on the wobble board with feet centered and hip width apart, knees soft.
- Brace the core and fix the gaze on a point ahead to steady the body.
- Tilt the board gradually toward one edge, controlling the movement with small ankle and hip adjustments.
- Guide the board back through center and toward the opposite edge without letting it slap down.
- Keep the weight distributed evenly across the whole foot as the board shifts underneath.
- Complete the set of controlled tilts before stepping off, resetting stance if balance is lost.
