Strength exercise

TRX Knee Tuck

How to do it

  1. Place both feet in the TRX foot cradles and support the body in a high plank on the hands.
  2. Brace the core with the shoulders stacked over the wrists and the hips level.
  3. Drive both knees forward and inward toward the chest, rounding the lower back slightly.
  4. Pause briefly at full flexion before extending the legs back to the plank position.
  5. Exhale as the knees draw in and inhale as the legs extend back.
  6. Move at a controlled pace, avoiding letting the hips pike upward excessively at the top.
