Thoracic Extension (Foam Roller)

How to do it

  1. Position yourself at the equipment with proper form.
  2. Start in the flexed position.
  3. Extend through the full range of motion.
  4. Squeeze the target muscle at full extension.
  5. Return to the starting position with control.
  6. Avoid using momentum.
