Cable Pullover

How to do it

  1. Stand facing a high cable with a straight bar or rope attachment.
  2. Lean your torso forward at approximately 45 degrees.
  3. With a slight bend in your elbows, pull the weight down in an arc.
  4. Focus on pulling with your lats, not your arms.
  5. Squeeze your lats at the bottom of the movement.
  6. Slowly return to the starting position with control.
