Cable Pullover
How to do it
- Stand facing a high cable with a straight bar or rope attachment.
- Lean your torso forward at approximately 45 degrees.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, pull the weight down in an arc.
- Focus on pulling with your lats, not your arms.
- Squeeze your lats at the bottom of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
