Supinated EZ Bar Curl

How to do it

  1. Stand holding an EZ bar with a fully supinated grip.
  2. Keep your elbows close to your sides.
  3. Curl the bar up toward your shoulders.
  4. Squeeze your biceps at the top.
  5. Slowly lower the bar back to full extension.
  6. The supinated grip on the EZ bar maximizes bicep activation.
