Band Bicep Curl
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding weights with palms facing forward.
- Keep your elbows close to your sides.
- Curl the weight up toward your shoulders.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top.
- Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
- Avoid swinging your body or using momentum.
