Spinal Twist (Lying)

How to do it

  1. Move into the stretch position slowly and with control.
  2. Hold the stretch at the point of mild tension, not pain.
  3. Breathe deeply and relax into the stretch.
  4. Hold for the prescribed duration.
  5. Release the stretch slowly.
  6. Repeat on the other side if applicable.
