Slant Board Calf Raise
How to do it
- Stand on the edge of a step with the balls of your feet.
- Lower your heels below the step for a full stretch.
- Raise up on your toes as high as possible.
- Squeeze your calves at the top.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Keep your knees straight but not locked.
