Cardio exercise

Running (Treadmill)

How to do it

  1. Set the treadmill belt to a comfortable starting speed and step onto the belt with a light jog.
  2. Stand tall over the belt rather than reaching the arms forward toward the console.
  3. Increase the speed or incline gradually to reach the target running effort.
  4. Land softly under the hips with each stride, letting the belt assist the turnover rather than overstriding.
  5. Keep a light touch on the side rails, using them only briefly for balance rather than gripping continuously.
  6. Breathe steadily through the effort and step off carefully by slowing the belt before stepping to the side rails.
