Reverse Grip EZ Bar Curl

How to do it

  1. Stand holding an EZ bar with a reverse (pronated/overhand) grip.
  2. Keep your elbows close to your sides.
  3. Curl the bar up toward your shoulders.
  4. Focus on contracting the brachioradialis and forearm extensors.
  5. Slowly lower the bar back to full extension.
  6. Use a controlled tempo and avoid swinging.
