Reverse Grip EZ Bar Curl
How to do it
- Stand holding an EZ bar with a reverse (pronated/overhand) grip.
- Keep your elbows close to your sides.
- Curl the bar up toward your shoulders.
- Focus on contracting the brachioradialis and forearm extensors.
- Slowly lower the bar back to full extension.
- Use a controlled tempo and avoid swinging.
