EZ Bar Pronated Curl
How to do it
- Stand holding an EZ bar with a pronated (overhand) grip.
- Keep your elbows close to your sides.
- Curl the bar up while maintaining the overhand grip.
- Squeeze at the top and focus on the forearm contraction.
- Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
- Avoid using momentum or swinging your body.
