N1-Style Cross-Body Bicep Curl
How to do it
- Stand sideways to a cable machine with the pulley at the lowest position.
- Grab the handle with the far hand, reaching across your body.
- Curl the weight up across your body by contracting the bicep.
- Keep your elbow stationary and squeeze at the top.
- Lower the weight back with control.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions, then switch sides.
