N1-Style Cross-Body Bicep Curl

How to do it

  1. Stand sideways to a cable machine with the pulley at the lowest position.
  2. Grab the handle with the far hand, reaching across your body.
  3. Curl the weight up across your body by contracting the bicep.
  4. Keep your elbow stationary and squeeze at the top.
  5. Lower the weight back with control.
  6. Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions, then switch sides.
