Medicine Ball Goblet Squat
How to do it
- Hold a medicine ball with both hands close to your chest, elbows pointing down.
- Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width, toes turned out slightly.
- Brace your core and squat down, keeping the ball steady against your chest as you descend.
- Lower until your thighs reach parallel to the floor or slightly below.
- Drive through your heels to stand back up, extending through the quadriceps and glutes.
- Inhale on the descent, exhale on the drive up, avoiding rounding the lower back.
