Leg Swings (Side to Side)
How to do it
- Move into the stretch position slowly and with control.
- Hold the stretch at the point of mild tension, not pain.
- Breathe deeply and relax into the stretch.
- Hold for the prescribed duration.
- Release the stretch slowly.
- Repeat on the other side if applicable.
