Leg Press Calf Raise
How to do it
- Sit in the leg press machine with your back against the pad.
- Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
- Release the safety and lower the platform by bending your knees.
- Lower until your knees are at about 90 degrees.
- Press the platform back up by extending your legs.
- Do not lock your knees completely at the top.
